Human beings are a species of connection. Evolutionarily designed and instinctively driven to connect with, and surround themselves with, others.

And yet, if you experience social anxiety, surrounding yourself with others may cause intense feelings of discomfort, and connecting with others may feel nearly impossible.

This is why I find social anxiety to be a particularly challenging form of anxiety. The things we are instinctively driven to want most in life; joy, love, connection and a sense of belonging, are the very things our social anxiety tells us we’ll never have.

It reminds us that we’re awkward; that we’re “different”.

It tells us people think we’re weird or annoying.

It even tries to convince us our friends or family are only pretending to like us out of pity.

But none of that is true. No matter how much it FEELS true sometimes, I promise you, it’s not.

I know a social anxiety “group” may seem like an oxymoron, but I have found it to be the number one way to work through social anxiety.

Ironically, there are a lot of people who can connect deeply with feeling disconnected.

I, myself, suffered from debilitating social anxiety for years, and the absolute last thing I ever wanted to do was join a group of people to talk about my fear of judgement and embarrassment around people.  And yet, that’s exactly where I found myself and it turned out to be a defining moment in my personal healing journey. Now, it is one of my absolute favorite things to facilitate as a practitioner.

If you’re looking for a place to increase your confidence, embrace your insecurities, learn practical skills and tangible tools, practice being vulnerable, and truly feel a sense of belonging, this is the space for you!

What’s Included

  • 6, 90-minute live coaching calls with by Courtney Paré – Anxiety Specialist and Naturopathic Physician (sessions will be recorded but to get the most out of the group, it’s recommended you attend live for as many sessions as possible)

  • Group and individualized support. Every participant will receive an equal amount of time to share and be coached/supported each week.

  • Weekly assignments, challenges and tools to practice - Different areas of focused will be taught and recommended to practice each week.

  • Partner work for accountability each week - previous participants have said this is one of the MOST valuable and irreplaceable parts of this collective!

My current 1:1 coaching sessions are $500 per session. This is the most cost effective way to receive 1:1 support in addition to the support of a community who gets it!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To get the most out of this healing collective it is recommended that you attend live. However, if you miss a session they will be recorded and you can catch up! If you can not commit to at least 4 of the 6 sessions live, it may not be the best fit for you at this time.

  • Yes! Creating a safe space where each person feels comfortable and protected is my top priority. I take confidentiality seriously, and each healing collective participant will sign a confidentiality agreement prior to group kick off. What is shared in group, stays in group.

  • No! If you feel like you’re not as comfortable in social settings and/or out and about in the world as you would like, you’re welcome to join; diagnosis or not!
