What is holistic coaching?

You’ve likely heard of - and maybe even worked with - a life or health coach before. While a traditional life coach may help you clarify goals and make a plan to achieve them, as a holistic coach with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine, I’ll help you do that while also providing deep physical, mental, and emotional healing.

You will leave each session feeling nurtured with deeper awareness, empowered with a new tool or technique to utilize, and equipped with a clear next step to take to reach your goals; a step which I will guide you through, and encouragingly hold you accountable for.

As a licensed naturopathic doctor, I can also include lab work, botanical blends, homeopathic medication and customized supplement regimens to support optimal health. Together we dig deep to get to the root of your emotional or mental blocks and challenges.

This framework allows you to create healthy, lasting change because you’re proud of who you are; not because you’re ashamed of, or disappointed in, who you are. Through compassion, curiosity and consistency, finding the strength and motivation to release anxiety and actualize your dreams will come with more ease than you ever thought possible!

I am a holistic anxiety coach, naturopathic doctor, and speaker.

Through fiercely compassionate, action-oriented, 1:1 and group coaching, I help women rediscover their deepest value, talents and strength and reclaim a life worth living.

I guide my clients to regulate their nervous system, shift their relationship with fear and failure, delicately process trauma, connect with their inner wisdom, and be genuinely proud of who they are. Let me help you conquer anxiety, depression, OCD, and other negative patterns preventing you from fully living the life you desire and deserve.

My Style & Approach

  • Action-Oriented

    I work with women who are ready to heal. As a result, my approach is focused on targeted, actionable plans that can change your life. If you are unwilling, or unready, to try new ways of thinking, engaging, and living your life, you likely will not experience the optimal benefit of working together. That is why I offer an introductory, 30-minute session so we can get to know one another and see if my style is a fit for your needs before committing to ongoing work together. If you are ready to make a change toward a better life, ready to release the beliefs and behaviors no longer serving you, and ready to prioritize your health, let’s talk!

  • Sharing Experiences Openly

    I have personally struggled with OCD and high functioning anxiety for years. I know firsthand how it is to feel misunderstood, to feel that your brain works in a way that others don’t understand, and I know the pain and isolation that comes from acting “normal” for others and suffering in silence. When supportive and appropriate, I am open and honest about my experiences, allowing clients to feel less alone and more comfortable doing the same. And, because I have '“been there,” my clients don’t have to spend time and energy explaining the “ins-and-outs” of their thinking process to me. Instead, we get right to work.

  • Embracing Vulnerability

    Working with me requires a level of vulnerability clients may not have allowed themselves to express before. While this may seem scary to those who have a pattern of avoiding vulnerability, I work to create a trusting partnership with all of my clients so that we can get to the work that really matters. While I am an expert in mental health, I believe no one is more of an expert in what they need than themselves. There are no strange power dynamics here - in our work together, I serve as a guide and teammate, helping clients get more in touch with their truth and championing them to believe in, and embrace, their potential.

  • Holistically Minded

    Some healers and coaches promise a quick fix with a “system” they’ve created. I do not promise a cure-all and am afraid I don’t have a magic method to achieve instant results. Instead, we will spend our time together thoughtfully and honestly exploring what it is you really want and need and discover what physical, mental, or emotional blocks are in your way. During that time, we’ll develop a holistic plan catered to your body and lifestyle allowing you to achieve something even better than a quick fix; deep, nourishing, and lasting improvements to your quality of life.
